Returns Policy

How to Start a Return Before returning any item, please email us at hi@lacupelladesign.com so we can assist you. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be sealed, unopened, and unused in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hi@lacupelladesign.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.

Refused Orders & Incorrect Addresses If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
